We use Squarespace to design websites for our clients for several reasons.

Most people imagine Squarespace sites as plug and play systems where you choose a template, replace a few photos, and add some text here and there to build a site. While that’s definitely true for some people (in fact it’s what makes Squarespace extremely helpful for most), we build every site from scratch using the settings of a versatile template called “Brine” as our foundation. We start our sites by deleting all of the pages on the template, developing or implementing our different site styles (fonts, colors, headers, footers), and constructing a basic layout based on our client’s needs.
After we’ve completed the basic layout of a site, we can implement the custom graphics we’ve designed for each client. Because these graphics take more time to design, the quantity of them is largely determined by the budget and needs of each client.
